1. Meltblowing is a filament stretching process where polymers are extruded through small holes arranged in a straight line and form fibers under the high-speed hot air flow at a certain angle. These fibers become thinner due to stretching or elongation, and are cooled by air, forming a porous structure on a moving conveyor belt with vacuum suction, which is the production principle of non-woven fabric equipment. Meltblown fabric is the core material of masks, primarily made from polypropylene, with fiber diameters reaching 1-5 microns. It has many voids, a fluffy structure, good wrinkle resistance, and unique capillary structures of ultra-fine fibers that increase the number and surface area of fibers per unit area, thus giving meltblown fabric excellent filtration, shielding, thermal insulation, and oil absorption properties.
