2. Working principle and process of non-woven fabric production
Single head: Raw material polymer (polypropylene + recycled material) → Large screw high-temperature melting extrusion → Filter → Metering pump (quantitative delivery) → Spinning (spinning inlet stretching suction) → Cooling → Airflow traction → Web formation → Upper and lower pressure rollers (pre-reinforcement) → Hot rolling (reinforcement) → Winding → Cutting and weighing packaging → Finished product storage

3. Main features of this unit
The non-woven fabric products produced by our company's non-woven fabric equipment have good overall uniformity and a soft hand feel.
This non-woven fabric production line has low energy consumption. According to tests, under normal production conditions (4~9 tons/day), the power consumption is about 700-800 kWh/t. The degree of automation is high, and operation is very convenient. Under normal operating conditions, 4-5 operators can manage the entire production line.
