The company has more than 10 years of practical experience in the production of non-woven equipment, and provides customers with PP non-woven production equipment and a complete set of spunmelt SMS non-woven production lines. This equipment is used for the production of polypropylene fiber spinning into a net, hot-rolled and reinforced non-woven fabric. Using polypropylene as the main raw material, supplemented by color masterbatch and additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-pilling, and flame retardant, we can produce polypropylene spunbonded hot-rolled non-woven fabrics of different colors, different properties and suitable for different purposes. This production line can produce both two-layer SS polypropylene products and three-layer S-M-S products.
The non-woven equipment manufactured by our company has reasonable design, superior performance, complete specifications, uniform network formation, stable operation, and guaranteed product quality. It can provide customers with a full range of services and staff training.

SMS non-woven equipment process:
